1. Coaching Services

All services offered are life and relationship coaching only. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. If you are in crisis or need mental health support, please seek help from a licensed professional or contact emergency services. 

2. No Client Relationship by Browsing

Visiting our Site or contacting us does not create a coaching-client relationship. A coaching relationship is only formed once a coaching agreement is signed and payment is received. 

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and downloads, is the property of Afterglow Ltd Co. and may not be copied or distributed without written permission. 

4. Payments and Refunds

All coaching services are paid in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. Due to the nature of coaching, refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability
